Services

All solutions and products can be delivered on the basis of contract work (fixed price/fixed date), hire or a strip card.

In the realization of solutions and products HIT can support and train your people and select, setup and organise supporting tooling.

HIT uses the Unified Process-method (figure to the right) as a steppingstone to position the services. Because of this it's quickly clear in what development-process and phase the service delivers its added value.

 

Deployment-possibilities

Contract work
You can contract out the realization of a solution or product completely to HIT. This approach works out in two steps:

  • First a business case is made with an analysis of your issue and the options and scenarios to address the issue.
  • Then the option you select is realized and delivered.

Hire
You can as well hire HIT as an external human resource, in case you want to take the realization in your own hands. Then HIT temporary fulfils the role you wish in your organization.

This deployment of HIT is offered and billed on an hourly basis.

   

Strip card
As well you can buy a strip card by which you can make an appeal to HIT on an ad hoc basis. The strip card is useful when you want to keep HIT at hand to quickly act on short questions, second opinions, to read and correct papers, etc..

Each strip card is made up of a number of daily periods. At each appeal you make to HIT, you first learn the number of daily periods, that are required to process your question. After your approval you receive the requested result within a period of the number of the number of daily period times eigth (in working days).

This deployment of HIT is offered on the basis of the number of daily periods and is billed in advance. A strip card as well is a product.

   

Support-possibilities

Guidance and training
It is recommended to get the knowledge, required for maintaining the solutions and products, in house. From experience HIT prefers training on the job for that, because the own practice is the best school. In the role of cooperating foreman HIT can let your people do as much as possible themselves and support them in that. That saves you money in getting the results, while knowlegde is transferred in the process.

   

Selection, setup and organization of supporting tooling
Although HIT makes as much use as possible of Office-products, more avanced tools are required in case you want to manage the dependencies between the business and information strategy, architecture and organization. HIT can help you in the selection, setup and organization of the supporting software tools to enable enterprise-wide modelling. HIT is not tied to some toolvendors, but cooperates with several marketleaders.

HIT continuously tests, checks and compares the features and impossibilities of the different tools. HIT as well cooperates in the development of these products. HIT always keeps overview and insight in all products and new developments and innovations. For each specific organization an overview of all possible products, their benefits and shortages, can be provided quickly. This shortens the time for evaluation and selection considerably.
